What can be returned:

  • Most unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
  • But, there are exceptions: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and specific categories (noted as non-returnable on the product page).

Return window:

Also, you must return your product within 7 days from the delivery date.

Return fees:

  •  Unless the return is due to our error, a full refund will be issued, minus original shipping charges
  • Of course, for “Freight Free” purchases, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

How To Return an Item

  1. Firstly, contact us! Get started by contacting our friendly customer service team within 7 days of delivery. They’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Reach them at 1.800.554.1221 or
  2. Secondly, pack it securely. Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
  3. Thirdly, return shipment. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Consider insuring the return shipment for your protection.


  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged items:

  • Also, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at 1.800.554.1221 or within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Of course, we will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
